CONSULTATIONS -
An initial onsite consultation (complimentary if plan proposal is accepted) is used to discuss the needs and intentions of the clients and to document the site layout and its features. Following the consult, a design fee proposal is documented and captivation can begin.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS -
3 different design layouts will be produced subsequent to the initial consult. These plans will be broken down, analysed and discussed to captivate your final plan based on your agenda. Concept plans will show the diverse creativity and innovation of the landscape designer’s expertise. The immaculately presented conceptual plans are designed to give variation, opinions and the endless possibility that Captivate has been able to conceive into a design format. You will receive a CD and hard copy of the concepts for your personal review and contemplation. Following this process, with your input and the designer’s experience and qualifications, the elaborate process of final design begins.
FINAL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN –
The most elaborate and detailed part of the journey is the production of a final design. Based on all the above mentioned criteria, an impeccable plan will be produced to your complete satisfaction. The final design will be presented in coloured A1 format showing the tailored plant schedule, hardscape specifications, sectional elevations, construction details. Various visual perspectives will show the intent of the captivating design and you will then be ready for construction.
BUT!!!...Captivate Landscape Design does not finish work once the final design is presented. Your design will be forwarded to at least three prospective landscapers to tender for the landscape construction and Captivate can be consulted after completion of design as arranged.
Captivate Landscape Design also completes and submits Development Applications, Construction certificates and landscape reports at your request.
